Over the last few years SEVENTEEN have had a rebrand and become a lot more appealing. Formally known as 17, I've always associated them with young teenagers who are just starting to experiment with makeup. In some respect, due to how affordable they are I'm sure they still reach out to this audience but I find that the quality has improved so much so that they could even give some of the more higher end brands a run for their money. I've used quite a few of their products in the past including their Bronzing Powder, Wow! Tan and Eyeshadows so I was really happy to be asked to try out some more of their products, and this awesome foursome didn't disappoint!
Wet Look Lacquer Eyeliner*

I couldn't rave about this liquid eyeliner more. To put it simply, it's amazing! Winged liner isn't the easiest to achieve but with this dream of a liquid liner it makes things a whole lot easier. The fine pointed nib is very sturdy yet it still has enough bend in it to be able to outline the curved shape of the eye. This gives you control of the brush in order to get a perfect line with a sharp pointed flick. It is also the blackest of black in colour which I find important with a liquid liner to really emphasise the eyes and make them stand out. It dries super quickly which is great as it reduces the chance of smudging and as the name of the product suggests, it has a wet look finish to it. I don't find that the wet look is particularly obvious although that wouldn't be the main reason that I would purchase this anyway. It isn't the easiest to remove however this demonstrates it's lasting power and proves that it won't budge throughout the day, keeping everything nicely in tact!
Falsifeye HD Mascara*
I wasn't sure what to expect from this as I've never used a lip crayon before but I've been pleasantly surprised. This is effectively a cross between a lip balm and a lipstick and the crayon shaped tip makes is super easy to apply by outlining the shape of the lip with precision and filling it in. It's a gorgeous pink-purple berry shade which is a colour that I start to wear a lot more as we head into the colder months, and the glossy sheen helps to keep them looking gorgeously hydrated. The ease of application makes for the perfect lip to throw on and give a slick of colour when you're in a rush. There are currently only five different shades and whilst it would be nice to eventually see a few more I think the ones that are available are a really nice variety consisting of a nude, coral, hot pink and wine red.
I've actually used this before so I was really happy to receive it again as it is one of my favourite mascaras for daytime wear. The comb applicator separates and lengthens the lashes beautifully to provide a false lash effect. Admittedly it doesn't add volume, hence why I prefer to wear this during the day rather than the evenings, but it does fan the eyelashes out and make them appear super long. I normally always use eyelash curlers before I apply mascara but out of curiosity I decided to try this without and found that they weren't actually a necessity. The Falsifeye Mascara lifts the lashes and opens up the eyes without any extra help which is amazing. I tend to layer this up with numerous coats to get the desired effect, and I love that it doesn't look spidery. This is definitely a great one to add to your mascara collection!
My brow routine normally consists of using a brow pencil to fill in any sparse areas and then a separate product containing powder and wax to define and set them. This little brow kit is really handy as it has all the goods in one, and even includes a highlighter too. The pencil works particularly well as it is solid so creates realistic fine hair strokes. The miniature brush that comes in the set is too small for my liking although I guess it's convenient if you're wanting to top up on the go. Instead I apply the wax with my Zoeva 317 Wing Liner Brush as I find it much easier to work with. I use this to accentuate the shape of the brow and then use the same brush with the powder to blend out any harsh lines and add more definition. The wax doesn't have a strong pigment which I like for this particular products as the lines are very subtle so ensures the brows don't look too bold. The ashy brown tone suits my brows perfectly as it looks really natural, especially as I've often found that some brow products from other brands can have a reddish undertone. Finally the highlighter is a nice finishing touch to add to the brow bone and lift the area. I'd prefer if it had more of a golden tone to it as I find it's a little too stark white, however for the tiny amount that I'd be using it something that I can look past!
