Miss Selfridge Structured Trench Coat | £69
A trench coat is the perfect attire for the Spring/Summer months in the UK so I think it's a good idea to invest in a nice one that will last. I find that unless we're having a spurt of a heat wave where you want to wear as little as possible, a trench is just right; it's not too thick but will keep you warm enough for when the sun disappears behind  a cloud. This one by Miss Selfridge is really sophisticated and isn't overly expensive either.

W7 In The Buff Eyeshadow Palette | £9.99
I can't believe that I still haven't tried the Urban Decay Naked palettes. How far behind am I? According to some, In The Buff is an absolute duplicate of Naked 2, so much so that it's caused a bit of a stir- however at a staggering £28 less I'm not surprised!  Not only are the colours identical but both come in a tin with the 12 different shades all lined up in exactly the same order. They may not be as pigmented or last quite as well throughout the day but that's something I'll only find out once I try it,  but at nearly a fourth of the price I'm not sure I mind. If I'm a fan I think I'll also be purchasing their other palette, In The Nude, which is a dupe of Naked 3!

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation | £36.50
This foundation is a little of the pricey side so I've held off buying it as of yet however I'm constantly seeing it pop up on blogs and in magazines and I'm not sure how much longer I can resist. Even just the name makes it sound like it's going to be a beautiful foundation. It's said to be a natural lightweight foundation with buildable coverage for those problems areas and has a gorgeous dewy finish which will be particularly lovely for the summer months.

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lip Liner | £16
Nude lips became the 'thing' when everyone started trying to emulate those Kylie Jenner lips. Yesterday it was finally revealed that she has in fact had temporary lip fillers (surprise!) and whilst there may be some people whose dreams of ever getting lips like hers have been shattered, I'm just grateful that the nude lip trend ever began as I love it! Some would even say it's transcended from a trend into a classic! I love trying out different shades of nude and next on my list is Pillow Talk by Charlotte Tilbury. Lip liners can be used on their own  or with another lipstick to reshape and define the lips and even improve longevity due to their matte finish. They can be slightly more drying than a lipstick but this can easily be resolved by applying a balm underneath.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser | £34
Some days I prefer more coverage then others. If I'm just popping to the shops then I don't need a full face of make-up, but nor do I want to go out barefaced either. Tinted moisturiser is a hydrating formula that offers very light coverage and balances out the skin tone, so is a perfect alternative to foundation. I've often heard good things about Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturiser so I want to give it a go. There's a huge range of shades to choose from to get one that matches your skin tone and it is said to give a natural and flattering appearance. It also contains SPF20 which is always a good thing and even more suitable for my upcoming summer holiday.

Nars Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder £26.50
When I went to a Nars counter to get colour matched for foundation, the lady used this setting powder over the top. It was Christmas at the time so I couldn't justify treating myself  to the powder as well as the foundation but  even now I still very much want to buy it.  It prevents shine without making the skin look flat due to the light reflecting particles providing a subtle glow. This will be the perfecting finishing touch to my make-up whilst also making it last longer too.

Have you tried any of these products before?
